How To Plan An At Home Shin-Dig!

This year for my husband’s birthday I had to get creative. Under normal circumstances we would probably go to dinner and a movie. So I began to brain storm the perfect at home movie theater night. This a simple twist on a traditional movie night and here’s what I used to pull it off.

I grabbed boxed candy from Target to achieve a “concessions” feel but any candy will work great. We make our popcorn on the stove so I dressed up a bowl with a cute scoop and some popcorn containers.

I used a simple letter board to display our movie and I set up a cocktail station to include my husband’s favorite, a London Mule.

**If you have kids you can swap this idea out for a root beer float station**

I placed string lights under the couch to mimic movie theater lighting and we were set!
