Dill Greek Yogurt Dip

Y’all know I love quick and easy recipes and this dip is no exception! The recipe came to me after I found some Greek yogurt in my fridge that was about to go bad. These days I’m trying to make my groceries last even longer!

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt or powder
  • The juice of 1/2 lemon

Mix all ingredients together and enjoy with veggies or you’re favorite crunchy snack!
