Crispy Kale Chips

This is by far the best way to eat kale…just sayin!

What you’ll need:

– A bunch of kale (sorry for the horrible measurement but this is what I use from the farmers market is literally just a bunch)

– One tablespoon smoked paprika

– 1/2 tablespoon of salt

– 1/2 tablespoon of pepper

– 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder

– 3 tablespoons olive oil

– 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375

Wash and remove the stems from your kale, chop up or tear into big pieces. Note here, make sure your kale is completely dry. If it’s not it will burn.

Toss your kale in a big bowl with your salt and pepper, olive oil, garlic powder and paprika.

Lay kale flat on a baking sheet and bake at 375 for 20 mins

Remove from the oven and Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

* For even crispier kale, broil for two minutes after you add your Parmesan!
